Babcia's nearly three week stay with us is slowly coming to an end. She was able to take care of her usual doctor and dentist appointments and we visited with more family than I ever knew existed. Overall, it was a great trip for her and the kids sure appreciated having Babcia here. I was fighting something for the first two weeks and stayed home most days. Then once I started feeling better, Babcia began to lose her voice during the last few days before departing. Something has been in the air in Poland for a while now because we can't seem to shake it off.

This small restaurant is a five minute walk from our condo. They have an extensive menu including lunch, dinner, soups and desserts. It's not a bad place if you're looking for something quick and homemade. It was a good stop to fill our bellies before going to visit family prior to Babcia's flight the next day.

Lighting a candle and paying our respects to Sylwia's Grandparents.

Then it was on to see Ciocia Basia and Wujek Krzysiek. You can tell that spring is in the air.

A couple of pre-departure shots with Babcia before heading out to the airport.

There is no boredom for the kids at this airport. What a great idea, the kids can burn off some energy while the adults wait in line to get checked in.

The boys did their best to try and convince Babcia to stay, even suggesting to slip into her luggage to go with her.

We're saying "goodbye" but it's more like "see you soon". In about a month and a half we'll be visiting her in the states.

Park Strzelecki has become our regular stop for the kids to play, meet old friends and make new ones.

Laura from their kindergarten class also happened to be at the park that day. Grayson adores her and they always seem to have a great time together.

Grayson is such a thoughtful and sweet boy. Keep it coming buddy, we love you.
