December sixth is Mikołajki Day in Poland or “Saint Nickolas’ Day” as it’s referred to in the U.S. There are lots of photos with Santa, numerous gifts, letters and wish lists for future Christmas gifts. There is also no shortage of Santas in Poland in December, they seemed to be everywhere we went. It's safe to say that the kids had more photos with Santa this year than all of their previous years combined.
