According to a quick Google search, this is a field of rapeseed plants used to make rapeseed oil and your typical vegetable oils. Seems like you'd need a lot of these seeds to make any significant amount of oil from it. I'm not a fan of vegetable oils but I do enjoy a big field of colorful flowers.
Another Google search revealed that there is a mini zoo here in the area that was worth visiting. They have a few farm animals, some birds and a few animals that you wouldn't expect to see on a farm. For a small fee you can purchase a bag of food and feed the animals. What a fun little place and a good way to spend a Saturday.
This chicken and the white one behind it were some of the biggest chickens I've ever seen.
